• Customers need not be home on the day of installation. The builder will need to speak to you on the day of installation to discuss the particulars of your building. You can expect a call by 9:00 a.m. on that day.
  
  
• The builder will level your building up to 8". They do not excavate. It is your responsibility to prepare your site prior to the arrival of the builder. A leveling fee may apply to buildings requiring leveling beyond 8" if the determination is made that leveling is possible.
  
  
• You must allow at least 2' of clearance around your building to allow construction (4' on 12' wide buildings) and 4' of clearance above the building to allow for shingle installation. The builder must have access to electricity within 150' of the building site. If access to electricity is not available, it is your responsibility to provide a large enough generator and to have it on-site during construction.
  
  
• Everything possible will be done to construct your building on the scheduled day, however, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from being there. In those cases, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to reschedule.
  
  
• The ShedQuarters requires prepayment for your storage building less the amount due to the builder at the time of purchase. After completion of installation, payment to the builder is expected. If you are not going to be available during the time of completion, please make arrangements prior to installation to make this payment.
